Haved a good dream. Maybe it was the cheese?

Man, my dreams are boring but this one was chill. It was about a girl that liked me, and i think she was living with me, LOL. I know that girl from my awaken life, but shes just a classmate thats just there, never liked her, hot maybe. but no. I was driving which, i like to drive in dreams, and it was just so chill, i very don't know why...Maybe cause she liked me? Idk, but it was awesome for some odd reason lol. Like, i was having class and some girl got something for me and the firealrm came on and we were running and i shouted i have no idea why and almost got in trouble lol..But before bed i ate 3 slices of cheese 4 cheese tacos the kind you put in the mircowave, and a little bit of chocolate. Could the cheese have led me to a good dream, i heard its could for lucidty too, or maybe it sorta helped me for dream recall, i kinda rember most of it...

Hm, with the things I read in the Aware magazine first issue on dairy products being good for dreams, I imagine that could have had a good deal to do with it! Make an experiment out of it, tell us what you find out. :)

Example: Avoid eating more dairy products than usual for a week, logging every night that you have a dream, then the next week eat several slices of cheese or some dairy products shortly before going to bed, every night for that week, logging all happenings. Compare, make a little conclusion for yourself and use that to have improved dreams. :)

I've heard that dairy can make you more likely to remember your dreams. Don't know if it's true or not - the experiment sounds interesting. Haha, I always hear about "crazy pizza dreams" though, so maybe that's a by-product of the cheese rather than the entire pizza.

Pizza dreams? XD Never tried it! I'll have pizza whenever I can and see what happens.
