I know orange juice boosts your ability to have lucid dreams but...

      what about orange soft drinks?

      e.g. http://media.photobucket.com/image/o...Orange-F14.jpg

      And orange tic-tac sweets? http://www.isam.is/myndir/saelgaeti/...c_orange_1.jpg

And is orange juice better than oranges (the fruit) in boosting your lucid dreaming ability?

Uh...if I had to take a stab at it, I'd say that orange juice helps for two reasons: vitamin content and a placebo effect. If you believe that orange soft drinks will help you in some way, they probably will, but probably not to the extent that orange juice would.

That said, if you'd like, you could always carbonate your OJ. Or, if you're over 18, you can throw a lump of dry ice in a water bottle and seal it off (be very, very careful, though, as this can quickly become a bomb). This will force CO2 into just about any drink (the colder the drink, the more CO2 that can be dissolved), making it fizzy.

Thanks. Well I think I'm going to forget about orange soft drinks, etc and just go for OJ.
