Dunno about its powers as a lucid aid, but it sure is tasty. |
Yesterday, I had the most vivid, longest dream. I even managed to get lucid once, but unfortunatly lost lucidity. The dream was also very emoctional, its just like in real life. I did this before going to bed, havn't tried it in a WBTB tho. Well ... Just boil the milk and then add honey into it, its that easy. I'm gonna try it again tonight, even if it is just a placebo, it did a pretty damn job. |

I take 1400mg fish oil. Recalled 5 dreams that night. All vivid! |
Mmmm! Honey and warm milk! The warm milk simply satisfies me enough, but the honey is a bonus! I am going to try that tomorrow night, I'm already in bed :3 |
Well ... I did this again last night ... I did get really vivid dreams, but i've never became lucid T_T |

Placebo or sugar rush keeping your mind awake. OR the b12 in the milk. Try it with just milk. |
will drink milk a l ot more today. I drink 1/2 gal a day anyways. hahaha. |
Haha I used to drink heaps of milk too, and eat shit loads of cheese. Like a whole 2 litres of milk and a whole 40 packet of cheese lol Probably self treating a vitamin b12 deficiency lol |
Exactly. |
lol. I'm gonna try this tonight. But I just smoked a tad of weed so probably results will be confounded. But I feel my blood sugar getting low so I think this is a good reason to try. |
my blood pressure drops and makes me black out and fall often. No medical problems. it's weird. |
All that happened was I felt incredibly sick. I think I put too much honey in lmao. |

i have heard that about milk and all milk products, also chocolate(but havent tried) i have more vivid dreams after drinking cup of milk before bed, but it doesnt make u go lucid |
Yes, study please. |
That looks like a pretty badly written study. They just start talking about a bacteria not being an effective binder to b12 in the middle of the friggin thing lol |
I just heat mine to tepid... |
I didn't know this was a thing |

I've heard some stuff about Apple Juice being a useful lucid aid. I can't quite remember why, though. Anybody got any info on that? Warm milk also definitely helps relax me before bed, though I'm not sure if it's made my dreams any more vivid than usual. |
