      Multivitamin with B12

      Today I was looking for a multivitamin because my diet is horrible. >.<
      I picked up a teens vitamin because.. well.. I'm a teen. I was looking at what is contained in the vitamin and there is B12.. I've heard good things about B12 and B6.

      Do you think it is best to take the vitamin a few minutes before I got to bed? I heard it works relatively fast. Thanks.

      PS. The multivitamin contains 113% B6, 133% B12, and 100% Niacin (B3). I would check it out if you are a teen and need a supplement. It's called OneSource Advanced Teens Multi and is relatively cheap per bottle.

      i would take more than one because a 100 percent of each isn't enough to have a desired effect. It is recommended that you take 50 to 100mg to have almost any effect. I have multi-vitamins and find that they have hardly any effect in my opinion. I think that if buy a bottle of b6 that has 50mg tablets you will have much better results.

      It's funny I have those exact Vitamins, I take them for all the other minerals and shit, but the amount of B6 in it is MUCH too low to help your dreaming at all. The daily recommended intake is 2 mg, although people usually take 50 - 150 mg in order to reap the benefits of dream vividness and recall. (Considering the vitamin has 113% of the daily value that's about 2.26 mg ^^' i.e. nowhere near enough)

      Personally I take 100 mg nightly and have very nice results.

      I'm not sure what harm the other minerals and stuff will do if taken in excess so i'd reccomend not messing with taking more than one daily and just going out and buying some B6, I got a 100 pill bottle free when i bought a bottle of Melatonin.
