Not sure what to do with my B6

I got a bottle of B6 (100mg) but, after some searching on DV and online, I'm not sure what I do. Do I take one on going to bed, one daily, or one at WBTB, or what?

I take my Vitamin B6 at dinner time. I don't know what the best time to take it is, but it seems to give me very vivid dreams.

Sorry. What time is dinner time in your house? (We seem to disagree in this house whether dinner means early pm or early evening!)

I'm no expert on the subject of supplements. But from what I gather about B6, is that when you take it, you should also eat something like turkey, beef, milk, cheese, or eggs. These foods have tryptophan. This will mix with the B6 causing the vivid dreams. Also B6 is supposed to work by suppressing REM sleep. So, for this reason, it would probably be better to take it before going to sleep.

Have a turkey sandwich and a glass of milk or something, before going to bed. Then after a few hours of sleeping, do a short WBTB. Maybe anywhere from ten to thirty minutes. After that you aught to have some nice dreams.

I used to take it right before going to sleep (or no more than one hour before) and it did give me really vivid dreams.
