I got a bottle of B6 (100mg) but, after some searching on DV and online, I'm not sure what I do. Do I take one on going to bed, one daily, or one at WBTB, or what? |

I take my Vitamin B6 at dinner time. I don't know what the best time to take it is, but it seems to give me very vivid dreams. |

I'm no expert on the subject of supplements. But from what I gather about B6, is that when you take it, you should also eat something like turkey, beef, milk, cheese, or eggs. These foods have tryptophan. This will mix with the B6 causing the vivid dreams. Also B6 is supposed to work by suppressing REM sleep. So, for this reason, it would probably be better to take it before going to sleep. |

I used to take it right before going to sleep (or no more than one hour before) and it did give me really vivid dreams. |
