Coriander/Cilantro/Chinese Parsley?

I had trouble sleeping on Sunday, so I was pretty tired in the day. I made a dish new to me last night that was made with lots of salsa, peanut sauce, basil, brown rice, and I added a pretty big heap of cilantro because I love it. lol (Boring background info) I took a three hour nap in the middle of the day, woke up around 6 pm, and made my dinner I went back to bed around 11 pm. I listened to some sleep tones to calm me down a bit. Then I felt some waves go through my body. The waves got really intense, and I distinctly felt some small vibrations from my head (A bit like bubbles floating around). I visualized energy coming and being released from my pineal gland, and things got a little more intense. I had to resist it though, because it was hurting my hands. I had some pretty crazy hypnagogia. At one point there was a light so bright that it felt like day and that my window was open shining in my face. I did get decent sleep to my surprise. I set my alarm for three to assess things, but I went back to bed for three more hours, and woke up. The day was pretty normal, but I did get a little extra time for lunch today. I took a 30 minute nap. I had a lucid dream, and while short it was one of the crazier ones. lol (</Boring Background info lol> It's the first time I've had more than minimal amounts of cilantro in over two years. I've heard some information about cilantro helping to detoxify the body. At the same time I think it might be of aid to lucid dreamers. Just wondering if anyone else has had any experience or if this is a new thing to come up and help us. I'm going to start eating more, and keeping it in my diet. I like it, and it's a fairly healthful food. Warning: It can cause allergic reactions in some.

Here's what I remember of my dream if anyone is wondering... Spoiler for WILD in a nap?: The dream began in my parents house in Florida where I lived for four years. Everything was in place like I was back home. It was sunny, but somewhat dim outside. I walked around into the office and tried to flick on a light. It didn't work. Then I noticed one of the family dogs walking by (Edison- A miniature yorkshire terrier). I went down to pet him, but then his face changed. It was like that of a zombie almost. He snarled at me like he was going to attack. But nothing happened after that. At that point I left the office and said "HEY I'M DREAMING!" After that I ran outside and around the corner. I was in the yard of some of our neighbors, and I noticed a large group of spaceships shooting blue lasers at the ground. I believe they were Orcs from warcraft (I haven't played in five years *Shrugs* lol). But knowing I was in control I made the Warcraft III guard towers all over the neighborhood that were shooting laser back at them. It was a bit crazy. At one point there were humans attacking one of the towers. So I started attacking them. My weapons changed with time. I went from having a rifle to an automatic shotgun, and I was just unloading on them. lol At one point a dwarf jumped on me, and I blew him to pieces. I whipped a few with my gun too. Things calmed down after that. Two of my good friends came around the corner in a van with another person in the back. It was someone I didn't really know, but we started hanging after that. The end. lol It wasn't more than 20 minutes, but had some interesting parts.
