      The ultimate dream/sleep aid? Maybe!

      Ok today at a store called grocery outlet, I bought this sleep/dream aid spray (like the kind where u spray it under your tongue) called Dream Time Speep Aid Spray for like 3 dollars (I think).
      You spray it in your mouth a few times and wait 30 seconds before you swollow, ten minutes before bed. The package says it promotes R.E.M sleep. and it has all these nice ingrediants like melatoninn valerian, kava kava extract,L-theanine, chamomile, lemon balm, and more.       Hmmm. Didnt do much for me. Well maybe because my dream recall was bad since i set an alarm for 3:00 am and 5:00 am and both times i woke up, opened my eye, and moved around a bit before i started thinking about my dream. Tonight I'll try again.

      Hmm. Oddly enough, with the great solid ingrediant list, ths sleep/dream aid didnt do much. Oh well.
