Melatonin is great for "setting" the body's natural rhythm. If you can't force yourself to wake up at a certain time for a WBTB without an alarm clock, take melatonin for a few days while having the alarm set at your chosen time and the body will eventually set itself to wake up at that time.

Instead of just B6, I'd look for a B-100 supplement blend. Many contain choline and other vitamins. The dosage for each vitamin is pretty high for those as well.
