Thread: Nova mask

I would like to get a nova mask to help me with being lucid for a longer time. I do have a birthday coming up, Feb 28th...hmmm

Go for it, they seem to be a bit pricey though.

$300 is ridiculous. You can find a 'make it yourself' site for those masks. Very cheap too. I think it was around $35, could find everything at Radioshack.

Even if you do see the lights initially, your body will soon become accustomed to it and will just block it out. They seem to work for a small number of freaks but generally my experience is you have to work just as hard to become lucid with or without the mask.

instant lucidity would be meditation/out of body or staing with a white Flash of light

so how would i make one myself?

something that will light up when eye movment is triggered might be hard to make...for me anyway
