There is no solid grounds on which to assume Iced Tea has such an effect, unless you tried it serveral times before bedtime, without taking anything else and had a noticably more lucid/vivid dream than usual each time you did it.
Actually... Tea does affect dreams. For example, I am a heavy tea drinker. Over about a month I drink tea before bed.

Green tea is supposed to give a higher chance of LD's due to the ingredients in it. It might give me dreams but I sure have horrible recall after drinking it.

Lemon Tea- No evidence, that I know, but I had my first 15 min LD drinking it, probably just a coincidence .

Peppermint Tea- Not so much the tea but the smell of the peppermint has been proven to make you sleepy. Everytime I drink this I smell the steam before going to sleep and drink the tea of course, I Had a 2 min LD last night, and this tea has never failed me yet. I remembered about 6 dreams, I barely remember my lucid but I know I did the nose RC and rubbed my hands together.
