Thread: SMOKING. Tobbaco and possible negative effects on Lucid Dreaming?

i smoked for 8 years. Atleast a pack a day.

I quit and havent smoked in atleast 8 more years.

I have lucids and tons of clear dreams all the time.

I dont think smoking affected anything.

Like with most drugs, once you exceed the ceiling dose you are likely to lose the therapeutic effects and instead end up with side effects and dependency.
