Yeah i think you're right.
I've smoked for a long time, and have had lucid dreams whilst smoking.
Im just concerned that maybe it's hindering my progress.
I think the best attitude is to be cautious, assume it's not going to do any good and use it as one of the many, many reasons not to smoke.

Still giving up is difficult, it's driving me to distraction.
And for the first time i can remember i dreamt about smoking last night... so that's odd. Don't recall a single dream of smoking WHILST smoking.
Still maybe i can use that to promote lucidity in itself.
