A few weeks ago, I went into the vitamin shop to pick up some fish oil, and I spotted a bottle of something called recall support. When I started trying lucid dreaming, I could recall things fairly easily. I stopped taking it for a few days, and the recall died almost completely. I started again, and I could recall much better. I would recommend that people on this forum give Recall Support a shot.
