Thread: My Saltcube Timer "audio CD complimation"

This CD complimation has the following intervals of silence, with beeps in-between to keep your awareness up.
8min-4min-8min-12min-16min-20min-20min-6min

This is basically the Saltcube Timer, but in an Audio CD format, which makes it very easy to burn and use with CD players of all types.
I dont have a computer in my room so this works just like the timer on the saltcube website.

Readme-
You must have Nero (CD burning program)
If you don't have it, the trial can be found here - http://www.nero.com/eng/downloads-nero8-trial.php
With Nero Installed,
Place the mp3 files onto your desktop,
then double click the 'rythm napping 1.nra',
and it should open open in Nero as a Audio Cd compilation.
All you have to do then is burn the CD.
You might want to select the "no pause between tracks" option in Nero.
But if you cant, it doesn't really matter anyway.

If you'd like to adjust your mp3 player to the right volume, track 29 (last track), has beeps,
so you can skip to that one to get the volume right.

You can also use the mp3's - '1minSilence.mp3', '2min Silence.mp3', '4min Silence.mp3', and 'beeps.mp3'
to make your own Audio Cd compilation if you want to have different intervals of silence.

Thank you for the uploads as well as for the post. I'm now working on some files of my own in which involve those timed beep sounds. I still haven't forgotten the power of sound, for I remember long ago my brother yelled my name while I was asleep. Apparently I had gained lucidity but my darn brother still woke me up. Lesson learned--sound works too!!
