No Recall w/ Calea zacatechichi???

I took a Calea Zacatechichi extract blend tea last night before going to bed. I did have a lucid dream, but it only lasted a few seconds. Other than that I have no dream recall from any other dreams. I vaguely remember waking up to a vivid dream, but fell back asleep right away and don't remember anything. Has anyone taken calea and not been able to recall dreams? Is there anything I can do or take to help in recall? Thanks.

I have never seen half life data on calea. So I can't answer your question in a pseudo-scientific sense. I can tell you however that I always take Calea in association w/ WBTB. I sleep 5-6 hours, take the extract and go back to bed. When I first starting experimenting w/ Calea, I took it before bed. The effects were little to none. I would experiment w/ my strategy some.
