Multi Vitamin
Hello all.
I have taken a multi vitamin twice now right before going to bed and it has drastic results or how vivid, realistic, and memorable my dreams are.
It seems to be something easy to do. I believe that you need to do it upon going to bed so it reaches peak plasma levels while you are sleeping.
Ps. I usually do not remember my dreams at all, but I have both times I have tried it. I also took garlic, and fish oil though.

Just don't over do it (that is, don't take too many unecessary vitamins for a prolonged period of time). Too much of anything can be bad.

You must have a good multivitamin. Mine only has 3mg of B6, not enough to cause a vivid dream.

My multivitamin has 50mg of b6 actually. So maybe that is doing it.
I took another 50mg of b6 tonight for a total of 100 to see if there was an extra effect on me.
This multivitamin has worked for me 5 times now. But it might just be the b6 then.
