I was going to post a long thing about this but really I just have one question.
Has anyone tried or heard of this or is it just a fluke?
I sort of stumbled on the fact that a cup of coffee before bed time or nap time greatly increases the success rate for Lucid Dreams, Sleep Paralysis and Recall regardless of how much sleep I get. I tend to be a heavy sleeper and the caffeine seems to negate that. Maybe it's just me.
I was never really one for using lucid aids until now. Nothing else ever worked.
