On top of the forum page their is a Mp4 that works. :)
Yeah I found the Submiminal MP4 to work well :)
although it is a little too relaxing and I find myself falling asleep half way though lol.
Would you like one? I thought about making one specifically for recall.
I'd love one that would be great thank you :), how do you make them? is it just some relaxing stuff with a voice saying "remember your dreams"or is there an exact art to it? oh and thanks for the mp4 info guys ill try tonight
There is a little bit of a trick to it. I'll work on one, I should have it done within a week.
ninja9578 made a great subliminal mp4 that I've been using and it's improved my recall dramatically.
