      Trying: B-complex 50 + cheese

I took a B-Complex 50 supplement (which includes 500% DV Pantothenic Acid along with vitamins such as B1, 2, and 6) and about 4 slices of cheese. I'll let you guys know the next day on how the dreams went.

Sounds like a good idea. I have a high-potency B-complex (has 2000% DV pantothenic Acid, and alot of other stuff, like valerian root), so I will try that with cheese tonight. I will report here tomorrow if anything happens.

I tried a B-complex 50 for the first time last night right before bed, without cheese. Maybe I can be the control group for cheese haha.
My recall was slightly better, dreams were more vivid earlier on in the night, and I was lucid for a very short time.
You think there's an optimal way to take this supplement, perhaps taking it the first time you wake up (1-3 am or so) so its effects don't fade too fast?
