Welcome to "The ZenVortex Files". This is a 35 minute hypnotic MP3 track. I am just curious what you used to make this mp3 and how you know that it will make people become "Natrual" Lucid Dreamers.. Did you do research on theta/beta/alpha stages of sleep? Are you able to hypnotize people or put them into HYPNOTIC stages? Or are you just speaking and saying that we will be lead into a hypnotic stage....Have you put people in hypnotic stages before..

How are these Lucid Dreaming hypnotic suggestions? Because you are on the track saying "You will have a Lucid Dream?" How do we know that it will make us become natruals, when every single person is different?

I am not downgrading your work, i thank you for it, but if you want to become a NATRUAL at Lucid Dreaming, the only way to go at it is, Pure and Natrual, along with practice.. No side kickers like cd's,mp3's or anything like that....Because if you rely on CD's and mp3's to make you a natrual, your not becoming a natrual Lucid Dreamer, Natrually.

Anywho, just my thoughts on it..

What we are dealing with is a process of learning, of reprogramming the brain. Perhaps a better word than "natural" is "proficient". Some people have a natural talent for lucid dreaming, others become proficient through practice. Whatever works for you is fine with me.

The MP3 track was created with Brain Sound Studio for the drone and Cool Edit for the voice. The separate files were mixed on Cool Edit.

Thanks, I look forward to checking it out (downloading now). Is this something you would recommend before bed (as you fall asleep) or is it something I should try throughout the day in hopes that the autosuggestion will kick in at night?

I recommend playing it 45 minutes to an hour before you usually go to bed. That way, you can mentally repeat the suggestions as you fall asleep. If you play it at bedtime, you will probably fall asleep when listening to it, which may not be as effective. The track is best played through headphones due to the "autopan" drone modulation, but will also work with speakers. Good luck!

The effectiveness of the file will depend on how near you are to having a lucid dream and your responsiveness to hypnosis. If you&#39;re already doing RCs and other LD techniques, the file may work for you immediately. In other cases, you may need to play it every day on a regular basis until the suggestions sink in. Typically, hypnotic programs take a few weeks to really work so don&#39;t be disappointed if you don&#39;t get immediate results. Just keep doing all the other things you do to generate LDs and play the file on a regular basis before going to bed or taking a nap. Good luck&#33;

Is it possible to do this while doing other thigns like video games or watching tv with no sound or reading? or during the time should i just find a comftorable position and focus on the sound?

You are supposed to focus on the file, because the file itself first puts your brain into theta-state (VERY relaxed, close to DELTA where you fall asleep) so it can get into your subconscious easily&#33;. Thus doing other activites which WILL keep your brain in ALPHA (full awarness, concentration) will only remove the whole effect of the file.

Here are my results after listening to it for about two nights:

Both nights, I remember my body getting the most relaxed it&#39;s ever been (or just about), and getting a little HI and maybe a very very mild experience of vibrations. Unfortunately, I couldn&#39;t get into SP (that was the aim, for me at least) and just ended up rolling over and continue listening, which made me re-start the relaxing process.

I did have a couple dreams though, except I don&#39;t remember what they were about, and I definitely wasn&#39;t Lucid.

P.S - I have one complaint about the audio. After it starts, and you&#39;ve been listening to the sounds for a while, your voice just sort of kicks in with an abrupt "Welcome...." and totally screws up my relaxation. It actually made me jump both times.

I listened to this before I went to bed last night. Wow&#33; This audio is amazing at relaxing you. The file brought me to vibrations but no HI and I did end up falling asleep maybe 10 minutes into the subliminal part but awoke shortly after. I&#39;ll be sure to listen again tonight. :content:
