ZenVortex, I love your voice! What's the accent? It almost sounds as though you're running the vocal track through a slight amount of flange effect. Either way, very cool.

And thanks for offering the file for us to download. Also, thanks to Noin for hosting it. I downloaded and listened to it last night. I had an LD too - broke my week or week and 1/2 dry spell. Though, I did WBTB and WILD too so I can't say for sure what did the trick but I'm certainly not complaining and will use your file more in the future.

I've added a 2nd download source, as i've noticed that few people tried to download it, but they simply couldn't because of some unknown port block reason on the 1st server. The file is now on the 2nd server which is in my home.

Note that both links worth, but if 1 doesnt work then 2 works, and if 2 doesnt work then 1 works, and if both don't work then PM me and i'll add a 3rd source (school server)

PS. I just checked, and damn you guys sure use a shitload of my servers bandwith, 5gb went on the file itself lol (~62 downloads&#33... and that within 4 days!

ok so i've used this file while trying attain ld's through wild but although it relaxes me i just can not seem to get into sp, i feel a little tingling but thats about it anywayz i'll try using it again tonight. thanks again zenvortex.

ps yea that voice is a bit unexpected so yes it does throw off the concentration a bit at first but im guessing its to keep you consciously aware

U gotta think about the fact that some users don't have such accs, and may have downloaded something from rapidshare already, thus they will not be able to download anything again for a whole day. Plus they will have to wait in a queue, so that ain't such a good option...

How about a public directory at filefactory.com? I don't think you have to have an account to download from the pub dirs, and even if you do, someone can just make one for here, and post the user and password... just a thought.

You're sposed to be asleep by then and in your dream you should hear "you are dreaming" so you realise

I think we all can agree that his voice initially creeped us out. I got used to the deepness and accent after the first listening... Still, it's nice to know the user behind the voice, y'know?

A couple nights ago I woke up at 2:00 with only a dream fragment. I sighed it off, assuming I had awakened during one of the NREM periods. Thought it'd be a good idea to listen to the MP3. Got some HI during the MP3 and fell asleep quickly after removing the headphones at the end. And then...

My next REM period began lucid! I was reading my book, and as I flipped the page the text shrunk to microscopic size. I became suspicious, and looked at it again. The same shrunken text. So, I flipped the pages and saw the exact same thing on every page, reaffirming the growing belief that I was dreaming. I stood up and said 'Yes! It worked!' looking at my hands to help stabilize the dream. I thought of what I should do... Flying or summoning. I tried to simply change the color of the rug, but it failed, so instead I resolved to go fly... The sky was gorgeous. It was sunset, and the sun was HUGE, along with the blue-tinted moon at the other side of the pale orange and indigo clouded sky. I landed by sliding into a nice sand pit in a neighboring town, sending up a giant plume of dust and dirt, and politely apoligizing to the awestruck dream character whom I had cloaked with debris. Afterward, I heard someone calling. I FA'd and lost lucidity. The non-lucid part was longer than the lucid part, but I was able to write a whopping 3-pages in my journal, recalling everything.

But the point is, after listening to the file I achieved lucidity in a way which I would not usually attain it (as looking at text is not my routine RC).

Congrats, Abra. I think I'm going to start listening to this on the weekends along with the lucid dreaming brain wave generator thing on I-Doser.

Oh, and I had another on Saturday (when I listened to it once more, and again it occured in the REM period after listening to the file). I saw this neat red mage action figure that became real every time I put it behind my fishtank. I thought "woah! this is too good to be true! ... Darn, must be a dream," tossed it on my bed, and began RCing, clarifying the dream for a high level of lucidity. The difference between the first and second success with this file is that I didn't become lucid at the beginning of the dream (more like toward the end, with ten minutes remaining). Still, it was very stable and memorable.

I don't know, maybe it's the direct quality of the suggestion compared to the other files, but this seems to give the most direct results. Two for two so far. I gave it a rest for a day, but I think I'll use it again tonight.

Sorry to revive a dead thread but is there any download location or a new thread related to this MP3?

I tried to download this last week, but my computer is so slooooow. The file is 80MB total, and after 2 whole hours only 30MB had been downloaded! I'll try again, but it still might be to slow.

I can put it on my web server. It will be able to be downloaded forever there..

Wow, I have trouble falling asleep during the afternoon, but sometimes the need arises (after studying for an exam for example) so I listened to this file and it relaxed me completely and fell asleep I don't find the voice in the beginning unsettling at all.
Anyways, thanks! And I will try this for LDing this night
