      i got 100 mg pills of b6 today n im gonna take one tonite before i go to bed...how long shud i take it so that it kicks pretty fast after i fall asleep.....like im gonna wild so i need like at least half hour to do that.....help me out...

      never tryed it my self but I plan to tonight i have seen it work well right befor sleep
      that was a disolving pill so if you dont have thouse chang the time

      I think you take it aproximately a half an hour before bed time if I remember correctly. That's when I took it when I was trying b6.
