Hey, what do you think, is B6 addictive?
No, i don't think so
Never tried it, porbably not, yet i have an aversion to any supplements for dream purposes, i try to let my brain do the work.
Its just a vitamin. You have nothing to worry about... except nerve damage... but thats only with EXTREME doses.
What is extreme dose? I'm starting today with tablets that give me 500% DA / 10 mg.
Im guessing that you should be okay if you dont exceed the recomended dosage by 200%
I remember when i first took it. i took two tablets of 250mg. and OMG i was up all night.
By Extreme, I mean like 2000mg.
I don't think it is addictive either. I've never had any bad experiences with it per say, but I never got results from b6. So, I don't think it is addictive.
It's not addictive. I use it occaisionally. When I do, I notice headaches in the morning. I'd advice against using it unless you know what you are doing. Taking it on a regular basis is stupid stupid stupid.
... but its so dang fun... :P
i don't think 50mg a day will do any harm, I've seen doctors suggest its use to recover from carpal tunnel surgery. I would classify 250mg or higher daily bad as i tried it for about a week and started to notice numbness... taken up to a gram and you feel like a zombie in the morning.
So, my recommendation is, for best effect 50mg an hour before sleep, if you need more, 50mg in the morning and 50mg at night.. if that doesn't work, then B6 probably won't help you much.
I notice light caffiene plus 5mg melatonin (i will goto 3mg soon, 5 is too much lol), help much for better awareness when combined with the 50mg of B6.
Just my two cents..
