Probably, it doesn't really tell much to me, but I doubt you need more than that considering it has >100% daily value of just about everything. I don't know if that kind of thing will actually do anything useful for you're dreams, which i assume is your goal as you're posting in the Lucid Aids section, but it probably won't do damage either since it seemed to be made of natural stuff, so you might as well try it. Just don't start buying it bulk unless it really helps since many of those vitamin type of things are bullcrap.

This stuff is designed for 200lbs men who are HARDCORE body building. I wouldn't take too many unless you wnat somekind of vitamin OD.

But yeah, I take megaman (2 daily, though I'm out now and I should take my lazy-ass to the mall and re-up - I'm 200lbs and slightly hardcore into bodybuilding, btw) and, aside from making me pee neon green, taking one of them before bed does good things for my dream vividness and recall. I don't know if I'd call it a lucid aid, though - more like a vivid dream aid, which could help to have a LD, but is no closer to a guarantee than having a naturally vivid dream.

vitamin B makes my pee green, thats prolly what dose it, i see it has B complex in it.

(And i take protien everyday cuz i go to the gym, but that just makes me fart alot)

Can that stuff be good for you? I would be a bit worried if a pill I was taking made me piss neon green. Oneironaut, does it actually help with body building?, or is it just some wierd vitamin pill that they say helps? I am highly skeptical of any such product.
