hey all!
I had BWgen for a while now and never really got around to using it until I heard more about it, so I decide I would try out the builtin preset "headache treatment" (I had a KILLER headache at the time

) and after 10-15 mins I felt no different, after a while I thought it was just a broken preset but then, I came to notice that infact none of the presets had any effect on me, not even lucid dream presets (not suprised, headphones keep falling off during my naps)
and since there is no actual guidbook on how the heck to use this program, I am asking here... How do I use BWGen, I have gone to the actual BWGen website but, a lot of the posts there arent mature enough to get a clear and reliable answer..
To use BWGen you must use stereo headphones correctly calibrated to the L/R ears. Do the configuration wizard under options to make sure this is set up correctly. It is believed by many that binural beats become more powerful the more times you listen to them. And for others they don't work at all.
Another thing... I have got the feeling I cannot get a lucid dream. its REALLY difficult, I have no idea how, before bed.. all I do is I lay there and think about something whilst I relax, but the moment I relax, I fall into a DEEP sleep. It feels as though I have no control over this, however, I am forced to count my beliefs as false for I remember (at a younger age) felling as though I have fallen asleep yet still been awake.. everything was so real I was laying in bed and for some reason, I couldnt move... I tried to move my toes, I tried to move my hand with all the strength in my body but nothing would move, but then I woke up and that was when I realised that I had been dreaming, during the dream, I had NO idea what was going on, I was so afraid that I had been woken up by my own fear...
What I would like to ask here is, How do I control this??
You have to be positive and stick with it no matter what. There are lots of induction methods, some will work, others won't. Check the tutorials section for some methods and scan the boards for lots more. Also the state your talking about there might be sleep paralysis, a normal state in which the body is paralyzed before sleep so you don't physically act out dreams.
I tried a dream journal but I can never remember my dreams!!
Before you go to sleep tell your self you will remember your dreams, write it down if you have to. Every time you wake up ask yourself "what did I just dream?" and then focus on the question until segments or thoughts come and these will usually become full dreams.
and yeah... the BWgen thing..
Thank you VERY much for reading, hope to hear from you all soon!
Adios brothers!

Will anyone tell me how to quote portions of someones post so you can answer each one seperately.
