Normally I never bothered looking at Nutrition information but since I learnt about this B6 stuff I've been keeping my eye out for it... when I was looking through my cupboard the otherday for food I noticed my brothers or his wife's nesquicks chocolate milkshake had B6 in it I read that 2 tablespoons of the stuff = 15% of that vitiman or something, so I'm guessing roughly around 7 glasses of Strawberry Milkshakes might have some what effect! I might try it out and see what happens at somepoint whats your thoughts on this guys? could strawberry deliciousness milkshakes be the trick? |
