Does anyone here regularly use audio to become lucid with good success, who normally cannot? I'm interested in the actual audio techniques used to do this. For instance the use of in-depth lucid instruction, or just simple short words for easy comprehension?

My other question is about the Dream Maker or Nova Maker for becoming lucid. Are such devices worthy of doing so? Or is creating an audio clip as successful for you? I imagine the lights with audio would prove most effective, but you people are the pros at this; I know so little.

Thanks for any advice.
