Okay so the Idea Behind this is very Easy. It is meant to train people learning to WILD and aid people able to WILD.

I made this MP3 with my Synthesizer and Audacity Recording 2 Minutes of Silence followed by 15 Seconds of Church Bells Ringing 4 times.

Now the Idea is to lay in bed and Meditate with/Have Lucid Dreaming on your Mind. Know that the time between each 2 Churchbell Salvos of 4 ''Dongs'' is always exactly 2 minutes. I choose the Churchbells because they have something magical too. The Idea that at every Dong you hear you're 2 Minutes closer to sleep and Dreaming and sinking deeper and deeper away kind of Helps me sink into sleep faster too.
Now Close your eyes and attempt WILD. Your Mind will wander off of the Subject of Lucid Dreaming and WILDing a couple of times within those mere 2 Minutes without a doubt. Try to maintain focussing all your attention on Lucid Dreaming and Staying Concious for Longer and longer ignoring Distractive thoughts. IF you Train this you will eventually make it to the First ''Dong'' without having you thoughts lead you away fromLucid Dreaming and Focussing attention not even a single time. This is the basis of Meditation: Learning to Focus and Training to Strengthen the Attention.

You could Run this MP3 every time when you go to sleep to attempt WILD and see if you got any Improvement in Focussing Attention and Remaining Concious longer just by Remembering how many ''Dongs'' you remember having Heard before Falling asleep unconcious anyway. Write them down in your Dream Journal Every morning.
Let's say you Remember having heard ''8 Dongs'' last Night. You write it down.
If the NEXT morning you remember having heard 10 Dongs that night, that means you managed to stay Concious (2X2:15=) 4,30 Minutes longer than the Night before. It also means you were 4,30 Minutes closer to falling asleep & entering a Dream Conciously than ever before

Would be a good measurement- and training tool. Good thing to Hold on to.
What I do is I play it on WinAmp and set it to repeat. That way it'll ''Dong'' 4 times for 15 seconds every 2 Minutes non stop, all night. And it's playing in the Room next to mine on a rather Loud Volume. That way it's still loud enough to penetrate my attention, yet it sounds somewhat distant and far away too because it's in the next room. You can also put this MP3 on your MP3 player or on a CD and play in on Repeat.
