I don't get to sleep very fast, so I'm drinking a large glass of warm milk just before bed, supposedly this will help me get to sleep faster, plus it wakes me up in the middle of the night because I have to piss. I'm also eating Dark Chocolate to help have Lucid Dreams. Also, I'm going to buy some Vitamin B6. Now I have some questions:
  • Should I drink the warm milk right before I try to fall asleep, or drink it a bit earlier?
  • When sould I eat the chocolate? Before I go to sleep? When I wake up around 3 AM? Half and half?
  • How much B6 should I take?
  • When should I take the B6? Before sleep or in the middle of the night?
