B6 is a vitamin that increases brain activity and can, or should i say cuases more vivid dreams.
Ive been reading a bit on the subject around this Forum, but i havent seen any *when to take it* info

Myself have been trying B6 a couple of times but only just before goin to sleep, yes ive noticed more vividness of my dreams but my question is: Does it help more if I wake up after maybe 3 - 5hours and then pop em for more effect than takin the pills right before bedtime?
