hey all i was just wondering if anyone used Lucid Induction CDs. They are something like this:
It contains some excellent lucid dreaming intentions from the Frank D. Young Ph.D, (Tape) Relax into Lucid Dreaming, A program for designing your dreams. There is also some excellent wave washes and sutle drones from the double cassette: "Space Distortion" by Tamas Laboratorum - which contains Hemispheric Synchronization Signals.

      Running time: 24:05

      Statements are:
      " I am aware I'm in a dream! "
      " I am aware that I'm dreaming! "
" You will remember to check your reality, and indentify that you are in a dream state! [/b]
if anybody uses any could you please upload it for us to use? I'm currently trying to make my own but this will take some time.

Well I created that original mp3 plus many others to follow. It all depends on the individual whether or not audio induced lucids will help you. For me personally, its contributed to most of my lucids say at least 50%. For others, there are allot of factors you need to look at.

      1. Are you a light or heavy sleeper?
      2. Does music or sounds bother you when trying to fall asleep.
      3. Are you open to autosuggestion (example scripted voices telling you this is a dream!")

Those are just a few. If you think it will work for you then all you can do is try. I think experimentation is the best part in obtaining lucidity. I've spents months and months just on one particular technique with audio. In the end, its so worth it when you do achieve that goal.

      Cheers!
