I don't get to sleep very fast, so I'm drinking a large glass of warm milk just before bed, supposedly this will help me get to sleep faster, plus it wakes me up in the middle of the night because I have to piss. I'm also eating Dark Chocolate to help have Lucid Dreams. Also, I'm going to buy some Vitamin B6. Now I have some questions: |

I feel your pain, South Park is my favourite show. Watching TV is fine, especially if it makes you more tired. It's not healthy to sleep in front of the TV though (at least that's what I read in the newspaper). |

I've read that the artificial lgiht that comes from the PC screen and TV screen can sometimes trick the mind/body into thinking it's sunlight, and make it harder to sleep. Which might explain why I have problem sleeping, Im on the PC up until ten minutes before bed... |
