Hello! I'm new to this forum and I want to share my findings on a project I've been working on for a while. |

With Dreaming you need to start small and work hard grow your lucid dreaming lifestyle...
I'm not just a lucid dream, I'm a Somnonauts!!
“It’s... your conscience. We don’t talk a lot these days.”
Are you talking about WILD? It's Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming. Basically, the main goal is to start dreaming while being awake. So you will experience sleep paralysis and hypnagogia, search "Mind awake body asleep" to learn more. |

No, I know what WILD and DILD are. Btw... It's actually Wake Initiated Lucid Dream and Not Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming. |

I've heard of the elbow technique. I think it was in a book about WILDs/astral projection by Robert Bruce. I haven't tried it yet, though. It sounds very uncomfortable. |
