Often Huperzine will be combined with a Choline source (Choline bitartrate/DMAE/Alpha GPC/CDP Choline etc.) I've had good results with the bitartrate. |

So ... is this the real universe, or is it just a preliminary study?
Ok I'm third night. This time I took the HTP right before going to sleep. After that I woke up 4 hours later to take the HUP. Same result as yesterday. Just one blurry dream recall. |

5-HTP is transformed into melatonin, once it gets into the brain, and it works to induce sleepiness. Personally, I have best results when taking it 90 minutes before bedtime. It may be that it is still making you sleepy at WBTB-time - so sleepy, that you're not alert enough for dreaming. Try taking it earlier. |
