Hello friends, I was wondering if anyone had any PERSONAL insight to the effects/effectiveness of ingesting these herbs. Calea Z is fairly common, but I don't see much about Mugwort. Has anyone here tried Mugwort as a dream aid? I am interested in both herbs as I am trying to decide which one to purchase !
