Hi,

So after my lucidimine finally arriving, I was too excited to wait for the weekend, so ended up ingesting it on a work night where I get woken up at 8am by my alarm. I'd been out for dinner that night so had had a beer, but then came home and at around 930pm and drunk some valerian root and mugwort tea. At 1030pm I took 100mgs of Vitamin B6 and listened to a guided sleep meditation until I was asleep by around 1050. I naturally woke up at 330 and recorded my dreams in my journal, I then read a book for 20 mins and finally took one lucidimine capsule at 4pm. I tried to go straight to sleep but ended up lying in bed until 8am completely wired. The whole thing just seems to be a blur now, but I know at one point I heard serveral screeching sounds, but never went into sleep paralysis as I was too stimulated. Most of the 4 hours was spent alternating sleeping sides, but it seemed to go by in a flash. I'm certain I didn't full asleep as I'm now extremely tired.

I've heard so many great things about these pills so I am extremely disappointed, I will be trying them again in the next couple of days, but will be waking up taking the pill and hopefully going straight back to sleep.

Does anyone have any idea of how to fall asleep before the capsule takes effect, I've read that galantamine peaks at around 50mins.

Any advice will be appreciated!
