      Effects of Calea Zacatechichi and Mugwort on Dreaming

      Hello friends, I was wondering if anyone had any PERSONAL insight to the effects/effectiveness of ingesting these herbs. Calea Z is fairly common, but I don't see much about Mugwort. Has anyone here tried Mugwort as a dream aid? I am interested in both herbs as I am trying to decide which one to purchase !

      I will be trying this out tonight; I'll let you know if I have any success (with the mugwort tea specifically)

      I tried the calea z. It didn't do anything for me. Maybe it's because my dreams are naturally vivid and memorable? I'm not sure, but I never had any lucids with it. I didn't experience any negative side effects so if you want to give it a shot it probably wouldn't hurt. Good luck
