Thread: Help with Supps and Galantamine please!

Hi there all,

Ok firstly I am a Newbie, so please forgive and mistake or ignorance on my part! :-)

I had one Luscid dream many years ago and thought it was a freak, However over the years I have thought more and more about learning. Since I have started to try I have found that sleep for me is never a problem!"! lol Far from it! dropping of is easy, but this means that I find it difficult doing WILD as my brain simply shuts off pretty fast not giving time for any visualistion techniques. O also find that my recall, is pertty poor. though when I do remember my dreams they are fairly vivid.

Fopr all of these reason I am thinking of trying a few suppliments to increase my vividness and recall. However I am unsure as to what would be the best route to take!!?? I am going to buy either some complex B vit or alternatively just B5 and B6. but should this be used with Tryptophan or not?!

Any help advice and tips any one can give would be great!! :-)
