Hello, fellow DV Members and guests. So, as many of you know, Vitamin B6 has been a great "Lucid Aid" for a long time. However, it can give alot of people insomnia. I would like to know why. On the other hand, I know that it takes Tryptophan and converts it into Serotonin.
From an article on another website, i read that Tryptophan is found in such foods as cheddar cheese, chicken, salmon, lamb, egg, flour, white rice, and milk. I know that warm milk helps most people with their insomnia, but not everybody. I haven't tried warm milk recently, but i plan on it tonight . So what i leave you with, is a question, and some information.
My question was asked at the top. Why does vitamin B6 give people insomnia?
I hope i have helped, and given an interesting topic. Good luck to everybody.
