I would say try a different method. Don't rely on any external stuff. From what I read here, they don't seem to have a great success record. |

I've always thought perhaps the best thing is something that starts out subtle and imperceptible and gets stronger until you can't miss it. |

If anything would work it would be your ears. The last thing to fall asleep. You still have to train to notice it though. |

Personally everything I've tried usually just ends up waking me up. Though if you set the stimuli to begin after 4-5 hours you can usually use the opportunity to try WBTB. |
