That's a good question. I usually took the omega throughout the day, one 1000 mg pill after each meal. I was also taking a Lecithin supplement. 1200 mg after each meal. I haven't messed with b6 supplementation so I wouldn't know for sure about that one, but I think I read that one is good to take before you go to sleep. I noticed my Dream recall increased after a short while of taking these and not smoking any ganja. I was remembering five Dreams a night. Before I started taking the sups and when I wasn't smoking, I got maybe three a night remembered. On a good night.
