Well I don't think I really get HI's, but I never really have either. In this post, under "Sensations and Hallucinations", the ones that I normally feel is my body getting very relaxed, and sometimes heavier, and movement as if I was on a waterbed. The isochronic tone that I recommended to you is 30 minutes long, and I think I start feeling those sensations after maybe 10 minutes or so. Also, if I am relaxed, tired enough, and in the right mindset, I can start to feel vibrations like when transitioning into a WILD, but it is harder for me to keep myself from getting excited, so the vibrations usually go away quickly. That is why I have been wanting to try it with a WBTB, because my mind and body will already be really relaxed, and hopefully it would work a lot better. I have been working on getting DILDs recently though, so I haven't really experimented with the tones much recently. |

I have never had any LD results from binaural beats. But if they work for some I say go for it! |
