On another forum a guy recommended zinc and magnesium, as the combining gives a "dream on steroids".

I'm quite confused of all kind of things. I wanna try something new, something that's safe though. I heard about 5-HTP and have ordered it from eBay. I've been trying L-theanine but I feel no differences really, maybe better recall but nothing more than that.

I've heard about galamentine or whatever spelled, and chloine. And well seems like galamantine is expensive imo.

And hearing a dude talking about serotinon syndrome on an AP IRC channel, and all sort of things.


So is there anything else than galominatintiona and chlonie that all talks about? anything else that may be quite safe? if anything is safe?

How is this about zinc and magnesium? how much doses is it?
