i'm very interested in this supplement. any side effects? effects on emotion (short or long term)? intelligence (short or god i hope not long term)? overall health (short or long term)? mental state (short or long term)? is it worth it? i know it is very likely to induce a lucid but is it better or worse than a naturally occurring one or the same? anything else? i want to know everything i can and all you get on the web is info about people who are taking it for totally different reasons and are usually very old.

There has been a lots of discussion about GM in this Lucid aids forum. Just look at the treads and you will find tons of info. It's a good supplement. Maybe a little sleeplesness, nausea. Other than that, it's mostly safe. It's one of the "smart drugs" people take to help with brain functions such as memory and inteligence and also for Alzheimers.

I have red it and in my opinion, it's the best guide i have ever seen, about how to use the most effective supplements for lucid dreaming.
