Tonight, I wanna put together a playlist that first plays a tone to put me to sleep, then a tone to induce an LD. So, I'll post results tommorow. |

There was a german blogger who had success with the 'lucid spike' from the website iso-tones.com. |

Isochronic tones seem to induce some sort of response from my mind. What do you use to listen in? Earbuds, headset, ect? |

I listen to them through earbuds. And I get my tones from iso-tones.com. I tried last night, but wasn't able to fall asleep with it playing, I couldn't relax. Do you suggest I use a relaxation, then a sleep, then an LD tone? Or use an alarm to wake myself up and use the Lucid Spike tone? |

No dice. The relaxation tone didn't help me, and I can't fall asleep before the lucid spike starts. |
