I've only had one half-assed lucid dream, which was a DILD. But I keep trying to DILD because I'm literally scared shitless (oops) about having scary hallucinations. I have both Choline and vitamin B6, would it be smart for a newbie to try either or both 30 minutes before I went to bed? Or should I wait until I have a few more lucid dreams? What are your suggestions? |
