      Has Anyone tried BEROCCA???

      Hey guys,

      just curious to see if anyone has tried berocca before ??
      as in before bed or wbtb
      it has loads of b vitamins n magnesium and zinc??

      50 mg B6 or more and it will work, less than that and I'm not sure it will. As a placebo perhaps. Isn't it like an anti-cold soluble pill?
