just take one and see how it goes, if it wasnt enough next time take two. either way after several it woint effect you anymore it will only be good for 5-6 times then your body will get used to it and it will be like chasing the dragon.

i originally took them with Glantamind, worked perfectly for a little while, instant lucid dream, but like i said before i got used to it and never worked again. I also bought another tea which also worked perfectly but same problem. maybe only use it once a months or something

you cant rely on any substace for lucid dreams you have to train your mind everyday. things like watching TV, reading news and eating red meat and other junk or even driking tap water jepordise your lucid ability. we were born with the ability to lucid dream, thats why with most people like my self when i was young i didnt even have to try to have LDs as i got older and my consumption of crap which this society offers increased my lucid ability decreased. Im in the process of making firm decisions and major changes in my diet, regardless of how extreme i need to go to keep my mind and body in optimum condition, as there is more to LDs then just fun which makes me wonder why we wernt taught these things in school

Yeah, I took it for a while and now it doesn't really do much for me. So my advice would be not to rely on it.
