I tend to like the B- vitamins more, just because it's easily available for me. Might just be a placebo I've taken onto, but it works nonetheless. |

I didn't see a poll like this, so I figured I'd create one myself. |

B6 did nothing for me, G + C is awesome! |
|
Only tried B6 so far and it really improves my dream recall, plus I just feel more awake during the day which I kind of like. I want to try G&C but worried it could do some damage, with side effects and not being a tested drug. |

And they say they take me home
Like poppies heavy with seed
They take me deeper and deeper
There are barely any side effects from Galantamine, which is an Alzheimers drug. The day after your thought process can be a little bit "hyperactive" and some people report getting an upset stomach. It won't do you any damage what so ever, taking too much B6 on the other hand is something you should avoid as it can give you nerve damage. |

Yeah I take B6 once or twice a week aswell, 150-200 mg. The G+C comes in a pill, 4 mg Galantamine and 200 mg Choline. It's called "Lucid Dreamer", just look for it on google and you'll find a site that sells it. |

I take B vitamins almost every night and I think they do affect my dreams, making them more vivid. I don't think they help you very much when it comes to actually getting lucid but they do affect my dreams. |
|
Ok, I'm reading up on the thread for this pill, but can you recommend a safe website which would sell this? You can PM me if you don't want to put it on here. I'm still unsure of taking pills from the internet, but I'm going to read up and do some research. Thanks for your input! |

Definitely Galantamine + Choline! |

Galantamine + choline has not really worked for me. I have never got lucid with it at all although it might have made my dreams slightly more vivid than normal. I was disappointed as everyone talks about this combo like it is the holy grail to having a lucid dream. |

5-HTP feels almost like REM rebound, can give you crazily long dreams. I guess all supplements work differently for each person, and some nights they barely do anything at all. Just have to believe in their power and cross your fingers I guess. |
