      Joining for app help...

I am trying to get into lucid dreaming but with little success so far. I have recently been fiddling with an Android app 'Lucid Dreaming App' by one Alexander Stone. It holds much promise but the developer has chosen to drop supporting it for the present. I am looking for other users of this app to get and (I hope, provide) help with aspects of it.

      Any 'luciddreamingapp' users out there??

      You're using the latest version?

With the biological clock etc? I've got the iPod version of it, but I should be able to help.
What do you need to know?

Many thanks for responding and offering, Tommo.

No, I think it's different - and not nearly so beautiful, judging by the pics on his site! Maybe more aesthetic because, being on a Mac it demands it?

My immediate beef is that it has a window that allows one to modify the 'R-factor' which modifies the app's responses to the amount/amplitude of in-bed movement in all 3 axes and mine won't change, no matter what I do before or after trying to modify it. A night's graph has a corpse-like , almost flat 'XYZ line' - and it's variation is what triggers the 'events' that are supposed to aid my (first) lucid dream. It may just be a glitch in my Android; I am getting a CKO tablet soon to try it on as well. (I can't try it on my iMac dual-booting Android because a) it has no acceleration hardware in it and b) it won't fit in the bed with me.)

Is this aspect of the app mirrored in the iPhone app?

Nope, doesn't have any of that.

My understanding was that he copied the iPhone one to the Android in the latest version, but maybe not.

He does have a website if you haven't seen it yet. This section may help.
